13.12.2022 - A few hours after the closing round of the Intercontinental GT Challenge 2022, team Tresor Competition made it onto the track in Abu Dhabi for two days of testing ahead of the next season.
The team led by Ferdinando Geri decided to field some young Italian drivers selected from the Junior ACI Sport Championship successful series in 2022.
After taking Pietro delli Guanti to the debut in the Gulf 12 Hours, the race that he ended with a spectacular comeback and the overall P9, Tresor Competition is now busy in Yas Marina with Francesco Braschi (ITA), Lorenzo Patrese (ITA) and Andrey Mukovoz (RUS) behind the wheel of the Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo.
The now-eighteen Braschi is at the debut in GT3 and has displayed remarkable speed in the open-wheel categories like the Italian Formula 4 Championship, Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine, FR Asian and ADAC F4.
Patrese continues the work that saw him among the fields of Tresor Competition in the Endurance Cup at the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS, where the Italian driver has been crucial for securing the overall P4 of the team at the end of the season. He also made his debut in the Sprint series in Misano.
On the occasion, Mukovoz will also get on track. He built a good experience in GT3, category in which he made his debut in 2017. He will be at his first experience in the Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo.
